Our Public Accounting Firm was established under the name Joachim Sulistyo & Rekan (JSA) on August 26, 2005 in accordance with notarial deed No.2 by Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah, SH. Our business permit from the Minister of Finance was obtained on October 11, 2005 with letter number: KEP-345/KM.5/2005.

In early 2006, KAP Joachim Sulistyo & Rekan were affiliated with the Leading Edge Alliance (LEA) based in Illinois, United States of America (USA) with a network of more than 100 countries as one of the internationally accredited public accounting firms.

In 2013, KAP Joachim Sulistyo & Rekan changed its name to KAP Joachim Poltak Lian Michell and Rekan (JPLM), in accordance with notarial deed No.1 by Rizka Noviani, SH., followed by a change in Business Permit from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, No: 694/KM.1/2013, dated October 9, 2013.

In 2015, Our firm changed its name to KAP Joachim Poltak Lian and Rekan (JPL), with notarial deed No.143 by Hasbullah Abdul Rasyid, SH., M.Kn., on July 24, 2015,  followed by a change in Business Permit from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No:696/KM.1/2015, dated September 4, 2015.

In 2020, based on notarial deed No.44, dated 27 July 2020 by Hotmarudut Samosir, SH., Notary in Tangerang Selatan, our firm changed its name to Joachim Adhi Piter Poltak & Rekan (JAPP). With Business Permit from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, No: 679/KM.1/2020, dated November 27, 2020.

Currently, Our firm  is managed by 5 (five) partners who are experienced in handling auditing and management consulting jobs, supported by more than 60 experienced auditors.
